My 1st DG lesson
So, i led my first DG lesson. Had little bit of nerves, but thank God i pulled through. It was kind of chaotic when we were splitting up the sec1s, cuz they so wanted to be together with their friends and blah blah... No way we were gonna split them into boys & girls. It's "unhealthy". Haha!! But, i don't have fun people like young punk or WC or prodigy Gabriel in my group. Nevermind, i shall then make the effort to get in touch with people from the other DG.
Come to think of it, i do not really know anybody on the personal level. Hmm... 60 odd people at powerhouse+, how many do i really know? I shall make it a point to sms or msn people, just to get to know them better. Isn't that what a president should do??
Youth Comm meeting soon. May have to prepare something.

Argh~~~ Presentation was so screwed... I just have no words to say about it. Ah whatever, it's over anyway. Now just concentrate on continuing developing the thing.

Me: Didn't really have a choice. Nobody wants to be.
Samuel: Nobody wants, that's why God chose you and wants you to take it.
What Samuel said, did knocked it right straight into my head. Reflecting upon it that, maybe really there isn't anyone capable of taking up the role. Therefore, i am placed there for a reason. He has a purpose & reason for making things happen when you least expect it. (Thinking back about what happened during SIP, when i was told to be at Lawsoc for a month) Well, i guess it would be another wonderful learning experience yet again.
It is a major responsibility that is placed on my shoulders.
Is that what turning 21 is about? Having to carry more responsibilities.
D day
Tomorrow is D day... De-cision day for me, and D day where O level students get back their results. Well, it's also decision day for them to make a choice of where they want to go next. =)
How how?? Thought i had till sunday to give the answer. But NO!
Well, it has been thrown into my face already. Will God be angry if i rejected what's been given?? Have given up the position 2years ago. Is it now the time for me to get myself dirty and help put things in place?? I definitely have plans for it, and I would want to see it grow and mature. Do i really have what it takes to take on the role?
Guess i'm just too busy and tired. Really need sometime off for myself and get recharged. Where was the once passionate, happy-go-lucky, fun-loving Cheryl gone to??
To all(O & A level) taking results: The Lord will give you what you desesrve. Next, to heed His will in your next phase of education.
After tomorrow, i'd be as free as a bird. Er, not quite. Cuz i still have an ongoing project to work on.
