30 hour famine

first try of going without food for 30 whole hours with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ was indeed an experience.

watching the 3 videos shown did showed how fortunate we all are in Singapore. we do not have to worry about our next meal. others out there, they eat bug soup! how disgustingly unhealthy.

and... at the end of the 30 hours, plain peanut porridge never tasted SO good. hahaha!!! all 4 BIG pots of porridge were walloped. and the unimix thingie also didn't taste that disgusting. at least it was edible...

as for today, went to the botanic gardens and watched MR LUCIUS PENG and the Marist band perform. he blew the trombone for only one song and the rest of the performance, he was DANCING. i think it was more of shaking butt than dance. lolz... sorry Lu, i'm not gonna say that it was hot and sexy. but i guess i just did. haha!! anyway, it was entertaining lah...

I SAW A SQUIRREL! haha!!!

took a lllooooonnnggg bus ride back home from town. thank God that i was able to get a seat when i boarded the bus. =)

day of rest tomorrow. yippee! think the tummy is well adjusted back. food glorious food, i'm back!
